Cannot Access Policies In Citrix Studio To Check and Modify Profile Location
Applicable Products : Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops ServiceCitrix DaaS
Customer was accessing studio from another server, The version was not same on both the server. On the DC customer was using 1219 CU 3 and the other server customer was is 1912 base version. Uninstalled the studio and reinstalled the 1912 CU 3 in non working server. It got resolved.
