Configuring Adaptive Authentication – Uploading Certificate Error
Applicable Products : Citrix DaaS
When customer trying to upload certificate with Adaptive authentication its failing with error “failed to update Certkey, error: failed to validate OAuth client while connecting to Citrix Cloud”. This is Due to a DNS mismatch. we have to create new DNS record for IP address which is resolving to incorrect name to fix the Certificate failure error.
