Responsibilities:
` Oversee daily operation of inbound business-to-business national account customer service group, which include order management, exception resolution, dispute resolution and compensation analysis.
` Ensure all activities of customer service group meet or exceed minimum departments SLA`s or SLA`s as guided by customer contracts.
` Develop and monitor performance standards for service reps as related to either minimum department standard or specific customer contracts.
` Establish and initiate departmental policies and procedures as approved by the Director of National Account Administration to maintain uniform methods of performance.
` Develop and implement new hire training and enhanced training for existing customer service reps.
` Recruit and hire new customer service reps.
` Handle dispute and/or problem resolution without need for additional management involvement.
` Develop end-to-end procedures on handling all aspects of account management, from order management to dispute resolution.
` Manage statistical information through production of reports to enable review of data for account SLAs.
Relationships:
` Reports to the Director of Business Operations
` Interfaces externally with customers, dealers and lenders.
` Interfaces internally with field sales, senior management, cross-functional departments such as credit, collections, tax, finance, etc.
Requirements:
` College Degree preferred.
` Experienced manager (5+ years of experience) in all aspects of business-to-business customer operations functions.
` Ability to work with individuals of varied backgrounds and personalities in order to resolve customer and company issues.
` Strong leadership qualities required including previous experience managing staff.
` Must have superior interpersonal skills.
` SAP/PC windows skills required.
` Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
` ACD knowledge a plus.
` Lending knowledge a plus.
