EMC has announced it is acquiring Silver Tail Systems, a provider of real-time Web session intelligence and behavioral analysis. A judge from the Sacramento Superior Court tentatively ruled Tuesday that the California’s campaign finance watchdog agency could investigate an Arizona Political Action Committee’s (PAC) $11 million donation. Hacker forums have become a critical global channel through which aspiring criminals are inducted into the ranks of professional cybercrime, an analysis of some of the most popular discussion sites by security company Imperva has found.

Dear Barb: I’d like your opinion on the perfect size for a blended firm. I’ve downsized to myself working the clients and two recruiters working candidates in the past couple of years.
